As Adam wanders through the store with the colourful body lotion bottle in hand, he soon spots his mom in the next aisle, scanning the shelves for items on her shopping list. Adam approaches her excitedly.
Adam: Mom! Mom! Look what I found!
Mom: Oh, hi sweetie. I was wondering where did you go? What do you have there?
Adam: This is my new friend! I want to buy this body lotion. It’s so colourful and nice.
Mom: Oh, that is a pretty bottle. But you know we have to make sure it’s good for your skin first. Is there something special about this one?
Adam: Yes, Mom! I can talk to things, and this lotion was telling me about its day.
Mom: Oh, really? That’s quite the special talent you have, Adam. What did the lotion say about its day?
Adam: Well, it was just telling me that yesterday wasn’t the best day. It had a little trouble when someone squeezed it too hard, which wasn’t very pleasant.
Mom: I see. It’s good to know that you’re a friendly lotion who cares about being handled gently.
Adam: Yeah, and I told the lotion it could be my friend!
Mom: Well, that’s something! If you really like it and it’s good for your skin, I suppose we can get it. But remember, we still need to check if it’s suitable for you.
Mom: Alright then, let’s take a look at the label and make sure it’s perfect for you. If everything looks good, we can take it home.
Adam: Yay! I’m so excited! Thank you, Mom.
Mom: You’re welcome, sweetheart. Let’s check out and get this new friend of yours home.
The mom examines the label, reassured by the ingredients, and they proceed to the checkout. As they leave the store, Adam is thrilled about his new friend, and the kids’ body lotion is happy to have found a new home with a kind and friendly boy.
