I was well-known for my honesty among everyone who knows me; I just do not like to tell a lie, I feel so bad when I lie, so I prefer not to talk if I am in a situation that it is no way but lie. I also firmly believe that people who talk too much they must have done too much lying. So there were many events that I have been brought forward to tell exactly what happened if I was a witness to something they all turn to me and ask what had happened because they are sure I will be truthful, everybody I dealt with for some time will know that I am honest, and do not like to cheat, for example; at work we usually write our working hours at the end of the day, I always write the exact time that I left work, some co-workers write more time than they actually worked. I do not know why I am like that may be the way I was brought up, even though my brothers and sisters are not like me. Honesty is hard all the time, but we should try our best to be truthful and, honest most of the time.
Beautiful Friend
I have very few friends; one of my best friends is Khalid, he is the best friend I could ever have, he is nice, courageous, considerate, generous, supportive. He has a positive attitude all the time, smiling, courteous, I remember when I passed one of my exams once I told him he hugged me and exclaimed "you did it, you did it". He is always advising me to do or choose whatever is good for me, he never hesitated to support me in any situation; I thank God for such a friend, and I will never forget him, and I will do my best to help him if he ever needed my help.
My Sisters
I have 2 sisters; one older than me and the other is younger, older sister is married and has 3 kids, two boys and a girl, she is the best sister I could ever have; she is soft, kind, helpful, smart, patient, and supportive. Her youngest child has down's syndrome; she is so kind and patient to him, she never complains about this that she is taking care of her family including her sick child; I consider her my hero for her strength and determination to study, work, taking care of, and support her family, I would do my very best to make her happy.
My other sister is the opposite; she is selfish, always complains, never likes her situation, even though she has a much more easy life than my older sister, but she always wants more and more, I love her as my sister, but I never like her attributes.
My Travels
I have been to many countries; my personality is not very social, but I like to know and learn new things; to have an idea about many places and people of this world. I went to Italy, The United Kingdom, the United States of America, Japan, Germany, France, Tunisia, Egypt, Turkey, Brazil, and Canada. Each country is a unique experience because people are different in so many things, for example, I like the politeness of the Japanese, the landscape in Canada and the USA, the British accent, Pyramids in Egypt, Generous people of Tunisia, Food in France and Italy, German humbleness, Amazon forest in Brazil. I also know each country has a mix of most of these things.
I strongly believe that travel is one of the best schools in my life, it taught me so many exciting things not only about people and places but it taught me how to deal with different situations, to be patient, to be understanding, to accept and acknowledge that we are different.
Three Things to do to Live a Happy Life
1. Have faith; that is an unbreakable connection with God and complete trust that God with absolute knowledge about you and all your matters; so you should always ask God to help you in all your affairs whether it's good or bad.
2. Be honest; with yourself and all around you, being honest will spread love, trust, respect, understanding, comfort, goodness to you and all others, and you live with a clear conscience, it is not easy but it is very rewarding in the end.
3. Do what you love; in all your aspects of life, unless it's harmful to you or others, doing what you like most, or what you enjoy most, would give the best version of you, so you will be happy and make everyone else happy.
My Pigeon
At some point when I was a small kid I wanted to get a pigeon because I have seen my cousins have many pigeons of different kinds, I have never had one, they were trading and breeding them, so I thought it would be a good hoppy for me to try out. I had no knowledge whatsoever about pigeons, I tried to get some information from my cousin, he taught me a lot and offered to give me a little one to start with, to grow, and take care of. It was not a good experience for me and for the little pigeon; I put it in a small cottage-like place, I started to feed him, first of all, I was feeding so much food, so it might have bad indigestion, I felt like he was not happy, not moving good, maybe because he was heavy full of food, we had a cat in the house and I never thought that she would attack him, but unfortunately, she did and killed him, I was so sad and never thought about getting one again because I realize that pigeons need so much care and types of equipment to have a successful nice group of them.
Stop Complaining and Do it
We tend to blame someone or something for our own decisions or choices, in fact, we have no one to accuse but ourselves. It is very easy to put the blame on someone or on your situation, or on your bad fortune; if we use these things as an excuse, we will never do anything, we will never get to our dreams, it is never easy for almost everyone to get to the top.
In my case, I always pick my parents for my misfortune and regretful choices, to be honest, they have some percentage but the largest proportion is from my side, I chose to be what I am now, I chose this difficult road to walk on, I chose not to face my problems I chose to flee and not to come back.
Real Life
My childhood and adolescence were not like other kids, we have been raised in an environment most likely resembles a prison; not to talk to people, not to go anywhere by yourself or with friends, not to go anyplace without help from anyone else or with companions, not to discuss or give your opinion on any subject even if that issue about you or not to examine or offer your input in any subject regardless of whether that issue about you or not.
So we have been detached from real life and confined from reality, not knowing how people think or behave in many matters and how to solve issues, not knowing how to act in many situations.
One Day when I was in my teen years, one of my friends came to my house inviting me to go with him and some of my other friends for a barbeque and a picnic beside the sea, I had to turn that down because I was sure that my parents would not let me go.
My Brother and Me
I have a brother who is two years younger than me, however, we were in every case together, working together, playing together, studying at the same school, mostly our friends are the same, he is substantially more speaker than me, fluent, cheerful, telling jokes, talkative, I ended up having fewer friends than him because people tend to like the person who speaks and amuses them than the one who is most serious and talks less frequently.
He is also kinder than me, in the sense of he is more open to forgiving and excusing than me, I tend to forgive but I like to take revenge and deliver retribution silently before forgiveness and complete absolution, not showing that I am angry or irritated, but in fact, I would be very upset and unpleasant with the person who used me or hurts me.
My Summers
When I was a kid; after school, every Summer, I and my brother go to our land beside the sea, it is a beautiful place and a lovely attractive spot, but we go to work on the land, we produce various kinds of crops and vegetables such as dates, parsley, potatoes, tomatoes, green pepper, etc and in addition to that, we herd sheep too.
There was a big festival in our town, it comes each Summer, we were waiting for it every time, there was a small marketplace where some people sell toys and games, as well as there were different shows and artists from areas and towns near by.
Good Manners
I have been raised and taught that good manners are essential and they must be the way I deal with people; to respect elders, be kind to youngsters, be straightforward, be honest, do not cheat, everywhere I go should be the same in respect of dealing with people, interacting with others, no matter what happens I should put my good manners, principles, and standards first and act according to them.
