Dreams

Dreams are life if somebody has no dreams or ambitions that means he/she has no life to live.
When I was a child, I had exceptionally big dreams, one day we were going to visit my uncle's house; we passed by a huge building (it's an institution for research); I told my father and mother that I want to work in this building, they laughed at me and said you have to work very hard to get there and you need to strive to arrive.
My dream was to become an engineer, computer engineer, I ended up studying something else, and never accomplished my dream.
My father wanted me to become a physician, I hated medicine; and I did not study medicine, however, I studied something close to it; pharmacy.
I love pharmacy, I like my job as a pharmacist, but that was not my dream, I shifted my dreams to be successful and have a family and never push my kids to study anything they do not like or want.

Good Intentions

I always have good intentions or let me say mostly; because sometimes bad intentions prevail, but honestly, my purpose in doing or saying something is 99% to do a good deed, to benefit myself first and people around me and then everyone else it would reach to.
Some people would say good intention not always beneficial because people just take advantage of you and use you and then they just ignore you or even do not acknowledge your help or support.
I have this short story; it happened to me with a friend, we were roommates, one time I was going on a trip outside the country,  it was for one month, and even though I was going away, I paid half of the rent with him, moreover; I left my cell phone to him to use while I was away, he got no cell phone, when I came back he never said thank you and he never even mentioned that to any of our friends, he just took advantage of me; I do not need anything from him, thank you would be more than enough for me and he never did.

Communications Barriers

In my family, we have been raised in such a way that communications between us especially between my parents and me and my brothers and sisters are almost nothing. We can not express our feelings, our opinion is always not even considered or to be listened to.
So many situations I have encountered in which our future is been decided for us and we have no control over it whatsoever.
In one occasion, we had to move out of our house, because they were planning to build a train station in that area, so the government compensated us and, we started searching to buy a new house; most of us were keen to buy a house in the city, because it is much more convenient for all of us, my father did not even consult or discuss that with us and he just bought a house in the same area, regardless of all our plea to move away from this little town.

Live Life

Does anyone know how to live life? How to enjoy it? How to get the most beautiful things from it? How to live happily ever after?
But does anyone know how long do they have to live? When are they going to die? What is going to happen after death? Is there another life after that? Is it the same life or different life?
Does anyone know why some people are more fortunate than others? Why are there people who are more intelligent or smarter? Why are there people who are very poor and very rich?
Do you think life is a mystery? People say live life the fullest, what if I can not do that? Do you think everyone has this choice? What if I am sick, poor, oppressed, killed, very unlucky, .etc
Do you think there is justice between humans? Name a country who you think it is very close to being just?

White Heavens

In your first sight to the place, you immediately call it paradise, full of life, activities, and people from different areas, mixed cultures, freedom, kind, reactive and helpful; yet one might argue about all of that uttering life is so stressful in that area as everyone used to be, so much you have to do, at the end of every month you should give specific amount of money to keep going otherwise you will die as simple as that and you will keep doing that for the rest of your life.
Let’s go there, fantastic place, wonderful, picturesque, I can not imagine doing anything except contemplating and thinking over and over about this place. I can not give other than brilliant or breathe taking location.

Some Thought

People are creatures with complex things; everything is complex in their lives starting from their bodies, emotions, feelings, thoughts, work, movements, desires, opinions and you can not expect what the next odd thing that you can see from a human being.

Sometimes we think, are there two things that are identical in this world? Definitely, some people would say yes and some would say no, in my opinion there will never be identical things, simply because there will be even an extremely delicate difference between them.

However, we call them identical things because it is beyond our limited comprehension to distinguish those differences and those variations are the essence of our life in my point of view, because if there are no such mutations of objects, we will reach a point in which we will stop at a specific end. Nothing is new, no inventions, no improvement, no development, but due to diversity we always find new objectives and approaches to address and discover.

Journey to Canada

It was one of the coldest nights of winter; it was my second trip ever outside my country. I felt many mixed emotions and feelings, fear, joy, hope, and sadness. I came without notifying any of my friends, so once I arrived I called my friend and it appeared that he was not in the same city, however, he phoned one guy and asked him to host me for few days till I find a place to live. I went to the apartment by taxi and paid $ 50 for that, his apartment was in the downtown area, Toronto. In the same night, there was another guy coming, but he arranged his staying with the people in the apartment, and he was told to use the subway, he was from the capital city, and we use to know that the people of the capital are more open and know more tricks than people in the countryside.

We slept that night and stayed for few days in the apartment, then he went to Edmonton, Alberta, and I stayed for few more days, and then I moved to another house in Hastings the east part of Toronto. After one month, my friends asked me to move with them and I agreed. I stayed in the same apartment since then, it was touchy and stressful to see people coming and leaving while you are still at the same place.

Days go by and we look back, we wake up in the morning at 9 am, we go to the library, study, and study until 11 pm, then we go back to the apartment to eat and sleep.
I attended a refreshing course for my exam that needed by overseas graduates, and then I wrote the exam in May, then I started looking for a job, I asked some friends to find a job, and one good guy gave me a phone number of an entrepreneur who has a franchise of restaurants, actually, he gave me the number of his assistant, who told me to go to another guy, an owner of one restaurant, and ask him for a job, after few days, I went there, and the guy told me to come for training, and after a while, he accepted me to work at his store.

Random Story

One time I was standing with a friend of mine in my pharmacy a man from national guards entered and handed me a prescription and I brought the medication to him and asked him to pay 2.5 while the price tagged on that product was 1.25, he looked at me and said; for what reason would you like to sell me this with 2.5 rather than 1.25?  At that point, I stated, yes it is supposed to be sold by 1.25, but believe me I bought it more than this, so what do you anticipate that I should do? Then he said do you want me to shut your drug store down? In the end, he took the medication by 1.25 despite the fact that I revealed to him it isn't the genuine cost.

A day Story

On a day of hot blistering summer days and after a hard day in the grazing sheep my brother and I return back to the house just a few minutes before sunset. We had to herd sheep all day long; we were young in the early days of adolescence; our house was a little bit far from the neighbours, the closest to our house was 500 meters.
We drove the sheep to the byre, which was 200 meters away from the house and then we came back and had dinner then my father came and asked about the sheep and how it was today? there was not much to tell him and then he went himself to inspect the sheep, and the surprise was that he returned quickly asking where are the sheep? Where are the sheep? They are not in their place, and then he asked did you close the entryway too well? The answer came quickly from us at the same time yes yes we did.

My father said; then come out with me to look around the house, they should still be close. It was dim dark, and then my mom said they’re young, how can they get out at this time? this was the kind of clash between my father and mother because of us, however, we came out and began to look for sheep, it was  extremely dull and dark, my father went to the neighbours asking for help and they started a search immediately after they heard and then after about 2 hours time of the search and pursuit; we found the sheep in the land of one of our neighbours was a large farm, and then from that on we had sheep placed too close to our home.

Our Beautiful Days

I always think that the days of childhood and adolescence are the most lovely days where a great deal of play and sweet memories of the purity and serenity and fun. Not fearing anything and no anxiety. We meet with relatives on many occasions fun eagerly; compete, keeping the sheep and working in the field, sow the harvest. It was a different life there was no Internet, not even TV as we were waiting now we animated by a specific date in the day and then going to spend the rest of our work duties and work in the evenings too, we were tired but very clear-minded.

Starting in Countryside

Being born in the countryside, and live important time of your life in that part; you have a lot of values and morals that are significantly different and unique than if you were born in the city, life in the countryside teach you honesty, simplicity, trustworthiness, love to help people, have a good heart, good treatment and that these values began to vanish these days even in the countryside, I remember I worked with all our neighbours in the grazing sheep, farming, harvesting the crops, to go to the markets. etc
We were living very close to the sea, our land is next to the sea, and we were always going to swim in the middle of each day.

The Uyghur

Who are they?

China says their number is just 15 million, yet autonomous assessments of Uyghurs put the number higher of 35 million, living in the Chinese "Xinjiang", which in Chinese signifies "new boundary" and it was called "East Turkestan".

"Turkestan" signifies the place that is known for the Turks. The Muslim Uyghurs are Turkish clans or tribes who have lived in that locale since old times, and the relations among them and China were recognized by on and off conflicts over hundreds of years, and the language verbally expressed by the Uyghurs is written in Arabic up until this point.

Where is East Turkestan?

Xinjiang or East Turkestan is located in northwest China, bordered by seven countries, most of which were within the Soviet Union before it disintegrated, including Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, as well as Pakistan, with an area of about 1.8 million square kilometres, almost twice the size of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

The region enjoys a distinguished geographical location, which represented a major part of the ancient Silk Road, and this was one of the most important reasons for China's insistence on occupying the region and considering it as part of its lands, in addition to its fertile land and its diverse and large mineral resources.

When did China occupy and annex East Turkestan?

The Uyghurs established a strong kingdom that lasted more than ten centuries until China managed to invade East Turkestan in 1759 AD, but the Uyghur revolutions did not stop until they were able to defeat the Chinese occupier, and again the invasion repeated about a hundred years later, and the Uyghurs were again able to triumph and expel the Chinese.

In the previous century, the Uyghurs managed to declare East Turkestan independence several times, the last of which was from 1944 to 1949, but Communist China in the 1950s invaded the territory and changed its name to Xinjiang and began to pursue a policy aimed at completely wiping out the Muslim identity of the Uyghurs.

What is China doing there?

Since China invaded East Turkestan and added its lands in 1950 under its name Xinjiang, that is, the "new frontier," Beijing has pursued a crackdown on Muslim Uyghurs through which it aims not only to erase the identity of Muslim Uyghurs but also to change the demographic composition of the region.

Given the nature of the Communist regime in China, it was and remains difficult to know the reality of the situation on the ground in Xinjiang or East Turkestan, but in the past few weeks, leaks of Chinese government documents have aroused global outrage on the part of human rights and international groups, and the Uyghurs issue has become the forefront News headlines around the world.
The most prominent thing that China has done in the region is to prevent any manifestation of Islam, such as building mosques, launching a beard for men, or covering the entire body for women, banning halal food, forcing them to eat and sell pork and wine in their shops, Uyghur language education is banned, they can not have an Islamic wedding or ceremony, forcing them to labour hard work after confiscating their land and property in addition to forcing the Uyghurs to download an application on their phones through which the Chinese authorities can know the location of the person all the time and many more harsh measures.

From a demographic standpoint, China has transferred and resettled millions of "Han", the largest ethnicity in China, and recent reports indicate that the Uyghurs are on the way to becoming a minority within their home region in favour of the Han.

The Concentration Camps!!!

Be that as it may, but the most dangerous step, according to international leaks and reports, is what China calls the "Uyghur rehabilitation camps" and there are about 1-3 million people, who are forced to abandon their faith and swear allegiance to the Communist Party of China and chanting chants and songs in the Mandarin language "Chinese language".

China legitimizes those camps by worrying about the “separatist tendencies” of the Uyghurs, which it sees as a threat to its territorial integrity. The idea of these camps, although they are contrary to all human rights conventions in the world.
China isn't happy with its strategies inside these camps, but also monitors all those in it through cameras in the streets, workplaces and homes, as it monitors residents abroad from Uyghurs, whether they are science students, residents or travellers for any other purpose.

Pertussis Vaccination in Pregnancy New Guideline

The Canadian National Advisory Committee on Immunization (NACI) now recommends vaccinating with Tdap in every pregnancy, between 27 and 32 weeks of gestation.
  • Vaccination in pregnancy is safe for the baby and mom and is effective to prevent neonatal infection.
  • Vaccination is recommended irrespective of previous immunization history or the interval between pregnancies due to rapid waning material antibody.
  • Tdap immunization may be provided from 13 weeks up to the time of delivery based on unique patient considerations such as the risk of preterm birth.
  • One adult dose of Tdap is publicly funded in Ontario.
Background

Hospitalization for pertussis infection is greatest among babies less than 2 months of age. With increasing pertussis outbreaks in Canada. Routine maternal vaccination will provide better protection for infants. Tdap vaccination in pregnancy has been shown to protect 9 of 10 infants, less than 3 months of age, against pertussis.
Many countries have already incorporated Tdap vaccination in pregnancy as part of the routine adult immunization program. No increased risk of adverse pregnancy maternal or infants events has been reported in these countries. Similarly, no serious adverse events have been detected in Canada through CAEFIS (Canadian Adverse Events Following Immunization Surveillance).
