Food in Pregnancy

Most foods can be eaten when you are pregnant or breastfeeding. But some food can cause harm to you and your baby and should be avoided or taken rarely.
1. Artificial sweeteners are used to replace sugar; either she uses small amounts of real sugar, one of three could be used: acesulfame potassium, aspartame, and sucralose.
2. Liver and fish oil contain high amounts of vitamin A so they should be avoided during pregnancy.
3. Fish and seafood that contain high mercury should be avoided.
4. Unpasteurized foods and cured meats; avoid hot dogs and deli meats unless well-cooked, avoid smoked fish products.
5. Raw food or under cooked ones may contain bacteria and should be avoided. Vegetables and fruits should be washed very well before consuming.
 6. Soft cheese both pasteurized and unpasteurized may contain bacteria and should be avoided, safer alternatives hard cheese like cheddar, mozzarella and cottage cheese.

Canadian Pacific Railway

Sir John A.Macdonald unbroken his promise a few national railroads across Canada He employed Sandford Fleming in 1871. He began to measure the land for railroad routes across the country. He found 2 attainable routes.
Prime Minister Macdonald employed Van Horne and CPR Company to make the tracks. In 1881 construction began on the railroad. Sir William Cornelius Van Horne, the manager of Canadian Pacific Railways, secure to complete building the railroad in 10 years. He worked terribly exhausting and therefore the railroad was finished in 1885.

Important dates:
1871: Sandford Fleming began to measure for railroad routes.
1880: Prime Minister Macdonald employed Van Horne and therefore the CPR Company.
1881: The CPR Company began building the railroad.
1884: The CPR staff went on strike for their payments.
1885: The railroad was completed well before schedule.

Adam and His Adventures with Things

Adam is a 5-year-old kid, he has supernatural powers that he can speak to different kinds of things which look to us unspeakable objects.
Here is one episode of his interactions with kids' body lotion; Adam goes with his mom to buy some filling-ups. He wants to get kids' body lotion and when he gets to that section; his eyes catch a very colourful and bright bottle, so he goes straight to grab it and says what a beautiful nice bottle. Then the following conversation starts between the two;
Kids' body lotion bottle speaks back to him: you startled me; I was about to take a small nap.
Adam: hey there I am sorry I did not mean to scare you up or wake you up, you can go back to sleep if you want.
Kids' body lotion: I am fully awake now I can not go back to sleep that easy, what brought you here?
Adam: I came with my mom but I need to buy a body lotion for myself.
Kids' body lotion: I see, that's why you were attracted to me; do you want to have me?  I am the best body lotion in here.
Adam: yes I want to buy you; I like your colours and appearance if you want to befriend me.
Kids' body lotion: I had a bad experience yesterday, one dad squeezed me so hard, and I did not like it, I want to be your friend, you seem to be a pleasant boy.
Adam: Okay, great let me take you to my mom first and I hope she agrees to purchase you.
Adam grabs the lotion and starts looking for his mom; next time we will see what will be his mom's reaction?

Basketball

Basketball was invented by Dr James Naismith who was born in 1891 in Almonte, Ontario, Canada.
Dr Naismith was thinking to create a game that can be played indoors during long winters. He wrote the rules of the game and used an old beach basket as a net. The first basketball game was played using a soccer ball. 
Basketball today is played in a basketball court with a special ball used only for basketball play, the court has many lines and players can run fast and jump high on this kind of courts.

Death

      The absolute truth that everyone knows though forgetting on much of our time or ignoring on the rest of it; the clock is ticking and we never lesson to that way, it is ticking towards our end. Are we aware of that? What do we suppose to do? Is it sooner or later? Is later means that long we concept? 
    Many people have tried to explain what is death? What will happen after we die? Are there any steps of death? Do we die and then we perish completely? Is there another life that we live after dying? What form of life it would be? Where is it going to be? 
    It always depends on your background, religion, education to discuss these matters; but is there anyone tried to escape death what so ever? Many people tried, but nobody succeeded why? Is it because we do not know what exactly is death? 
     It is a fact that no one will escape from death, but we should agree that living satisfying life full good deeds, so if we live afterlife as I firmly believe and many of us too; we would probably be happier because we did well in the previous life.
